Important Notice:

We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our surgical instruments. Because these are medical-grade tools, returns are subject to strict health and safety guidelines to ensure the integrity of our inventory.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unopened: Instruments must be in the exact condition you received them—completely unused, unsterilized, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Intact Security Seals: Any tamper-evident packaging or security seals must be unbroken.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original Shopify order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-manufactured, engraved, or specially ordered instruments.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Any instruments that have been opened, sterilized, or used in a clinical setting.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at Info@unitosurgica.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Securely pack the items in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
