Inspection and Approval
Once your return package is received at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our health, safety, and inventory standards. This inspection process typically takes 3–5 business days.
We will notify you via email as soon as the inspection is complete to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Processing Your Refund
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Method: The funds will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or Shopify Payments).

Timeline: While we issue refunds instantly, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the credit to officially post to your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:

Exchanges & Damaged Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. If you need to exchange an instrument for the exact same item, please email us directly so we can expedite a replacement shipment.
