Price Integrity & No-Overcharging Policy

At Unito Surgical, transparency is the foundation of our relationships with healthcare providers and distribution partners. We understand that medical procurement requires strict budget forecasting and absolute cost clarity.

Our Price Integrity Policy ensures that the price you are quoted is exactly what you pay—with zero hidden fees, zero unexpected surcharges, and complete pricing fairness.

1. Transparent Checkout Guarantee

We guarantee that the price displayed in your cart is the final price for the instruments.

  • No Hidden Surcharges: We do not add unexpected handling, packing, or processing fees at checkout.

  • Clear Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated transparently based on weight and destination before you finalize your payment.

2. Guarding Against System & Currency Errors

While we leverage Shopify’s advanced e-commerce engine, digital technical errors can occasionally happen (such as automated currency conversion glitches or shipping rate stacking).

  • If a system error causes you to be overcharged for shipping or product costs during checkout, we will automatically detect it or review your claim, and refund the overcharged difference within 24–48 hours.

3. Price Protection for Order Changes

If you request a modification to an open order (such as adding or swapping surgical instruments), we will never charge you an "order adjustment fee." You will only ever be invoiced for the exact wholesale cost difference of the newly added instruments.

4. Bulk and Contract Price Locking

For our hospital networks, bulk buyers, and regular contract clients:

  • Once a bulk quote or Proforma Invoice is issued, those prices are locked for 30 days. Even if global steel or shipping market rates fluctuate during that window, Unito Surgical will honor the lower quoted price.

5. What to Do If You Notice a Discrepancy

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or if a multi-item shipping rate looks unusually high at checkout, please do not hesitate to contact our billing team before or after placing your order:
